Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from LMNITRIX with your tracking information. You will be able to track your package through the link provided.
If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges and have no influence on local customs and the time needed for packages to pass through customs. However, we guarantee the shipping times as placed on our website.
We ask you to carefully check all details and the shipping address when you place your order. If you need to make any changes, you need to contact us within 2 hours after placing the order. We will not be able to redirect your order once it’s been dispatched.
At checkout, you can sign up to the subscribe & save option. If you sign up, a new order will be placed every 25 days with a 5% discount. Your credit card will be charged automatically. Please make sure to check your order carefully before placing it.
